摘　　要：在土地资源紧缺、经济条件制约、住房短时间内需求量巨大的情况下,当前公共租赁住房建设受到面积标准与高容积率的双重制约。论文通过入户调查,绘制住宅套型使用现状等方式,对住宅性能的满意度、功能空间满意度及存在问题等进行调研,探析深圳市公共租赁住房套型使用中存在的问题,并从套型的使用效率、精细化设计、灵活性提升等方面提出公共租赁住房设计的意见与建议,为公共租赁住房设计提供参考。Because of the limitations of land resources and economic conditions,the current construction of public rental housing is restricted by the space area standard.Through questionnaire investigation and in-house survey,functional space problems and demand of functional space are analyzed in is paper.Suggestions on the design of public rental housing are put forward from the aspects of efficiency,fine design and flexibility improvement of condominium type,which can provide reference for the design of public rental housing.
