摘  要:锭杆是纺织机械中应用量较大的重要零件,其制造精度直接影响成纱质量、生产效率和使用寿命。根据锭杆的结构特点,借助企业现有的ZA28-20型滚丝机,开发设计了锭杆校直装置,该装置由校直滚压轮和支承板组成,校直滚压轮的材料为GCr15,并且带有不同方向的锥度,能够与锭杆外形轮廓贴合,支承板不仅能和锭杆紧密贴合,而且前端具有防窜动装置。用该装置滚压荒磨后的锭杆,其超差率降低了近90%,锭杆质量显著提高,同时减轻了工人繁重的体力劳动,并且能有效地消除锭杆制造过程中各工序产生的内应力,使锭杆的使用寿命显著延长,有一定的推广应用价值。Spindle is one of the most important parts in textile machinery.Its manufacturing accuracy directly affects yarn quality,production efficiency and service life.According to the structural characteristics of the spindle,with the help of the company’s existing ZA28-20 thread rolling machine,a spindle straightening device was developed and designed.The device consists of straightening rollers and supporting plates.The material of the straightening roller is GCr15,and it has tapers in different directions,which can fit the contour of the spindle.The support plate can not only closely fit the spindle,but also has anti-bounce device at the front.By using this device to roll the spindle,the out-of-tolerance rate is reduced by nearly 90%,and the quality of the spindle is significantly improved.At the same time,the heavy physical labor of the worker is reduced,and the internal stress of the spindle generated by various processes in the process of the spindle manufacturing is effectively eliminated,which significantly prolongs the service life of the spindle,and has certain promotion and application value.
