摘 要:轻合金材料广泛应用在航空航天、汽车、船舶及化学工业等制造领域,而轻合金的螺纹连接性能直接关系到飞机、汽车和高速列车等的服务寿命,冷挤压加工技术对螺纹构件的使用寿命具有极其重要的作用。根据轻合金内螺纹冷挤压加工技术的研究进展,介绍内螺纹无屑加工的种类,综述了内螺纹冷挤压加工工艺参数中底孔直径、成形速度、刀具结构和类型以及润滑液对螺纹轮廓质量的影响现状,并阐述了加工工艺条件对内螺纹表层微观组织和力学性能的影响规律;基于轻合金内螺纹冷挤压加工技术应用前景,提出了将内螺纹冷挤压微观塑性理论和宏观塑性理论结合、从残余应力分析内螺纹抗疲劳性能以及利用塑性加工有限元技术辅助分析内螺纹冷挤压成形过程等发展方向。Light alloy materials are widely used in aerospace,automobile,ship and chemical industry.The performance of light alloy thread connection directly affects the service life of aircraft,automobile,high-speed train and so on.Cold extrusion processing technology plays an extremely important role in the service life of threaded components.According to the research progress of cold extrusion processing technology for light alloy internal threads,types of chipless processing for internal threads was introduced,the influence of bottom hole diameter,forming speed,tool structure and type,lubricant on the quality of thread contour in cold extrusion processing parameters for internal threads were summarized.In addition,the influence of processing conditions on grain surface microstructure and mechanical properties was expounded.Based on the application prospects of cold extrusion technology for light alloy internal threads,the development directions of combining micro-plasticity theory with macro-plasticity theory,analyzing fatigue resistance of internal threads from residual stress,and assisting analysis of forming process by plastic processing finite element technology are put forward.
