摘　　要：犯罪现场是与犯罪行为有关的空间存在,其不仅反映了犯罪结果的现场状况,也是收集犯罪证据的主要空间。犯罪现场具有特定的要素和结构。犯罪现场重点部位摄影属于犯罪现场系统摄影的一部分,它与犯罪现场重点部位具有内在关系。刑事摄影人员需要根据不同类型犯罪现场重点部位的特定表现和勘查重点进行拍摄,并应根据不同犯罪现场中具体重点部位的客观状况和现场记录需要来选择合适的摄影方法完成拍摄。A crime scene is a space concerned with a crime.It reflects the situation of the results of a crime,and also is the space where evidences can be collected.A crime scene has its special elements and structure.The investigation at a crime scene includes all comprehensive and objective records.Among the systematic photography at a crime scene,there’s the photography of the key parts of the scene.The photographers should take photos of the key parts according to their various presences in different crimes and the various requirements of investigation.They should choose proper methods of photographing respectively.
