浅谈审讯语言的认识与运用

摘　　要：审讯技巧、方法和策略等为主审侦查员提供了审讯的"工具",主审侦查员是否能够充分发挥这个"工具"的效能,达到事半功倍的效果,决定于其使用"工具"的能力。审讯语言体现了主审侦查员使用审讯"工具"的能力。审讯语言来源于生活又高于生活,主审侦查员可以通过练习提高使用审讯语言的能力,充分发挥审讯"工具"的效能,避免使用审讯忌语,更好地做好审讯工作。Interrogation techniques,methods and strategies provide the"tools"for the trial of the chief investigator.Whether the chief investigator can give full play to the effectiveness of the"tools"and achieve twice the result with half the effort depends on his ability to use the"tools".The interrogation language reflects the ability of the chief investigator to use the"tools"of interrogation.Interrogation language comes from life and is higher than life.The presiding investigator can improve the ability to use interrogation language through practice,give full play to the efficacy of interrogation"tools",avoid the use of interrogation taboo words,and better do the interrogation work.
