摘　　要：进入二十一世纪,非传统安全在国家安全中的地位愈来愈突出。习近平总书记把文化安全纳入总体国家安全战略,提出文化自信是文化安全的前提;意识形态安全是文化安全的重点;社会主义核心价值观安全是文化安全的核心;网络文化安全是文化安全的前沿。习近平的文化安全战略是对马克思主义经典作家文化安全理论的丰富和拓展。In the 21st century,non-traditional security has become increasingly prominent in national security.General secretary Xi Jin-ping put cultural security into the overall national security strategy,and put forward that cultural self-confidence is the premise of cultural security,ideological security is the focus of cultural security,the core of socialist core values is the core of cultural security,and the safety of cyber culture is the front edge of cultural security.Xi Jin-ping's cultural security strategy is the enrichment and expansion of Marxism's classical writer's theory of cultural security.
