摘  要:为从盐敏大鼠血压信号中快速准确地提取出血压、心率等生理特征信息,采用经验模态分解(EMD)、倒谱、过零点检测结合的方法对PhysioNet数据库中的达尔盐敏大鼠的血压信号进行特征参数提取,可以获得平均血压、心率及动态血压、瞬时心率曲线。首先利用EMD将血压信号分解为有限个固有模态函数(IMF),根据不同的研究目的,用不同的IMF分量重构信号。可以得到动态血压及平均血压。然后对血压信号求倒谱得到平均心率,最后利用过零点检测得到瞬时心率的变化。仿真结果表明:基于倒谱、EMD和过零点检测的血压信号特征提取方法具有运算量小、特征值明显且精确的优点;在高低盐饮食下,得到大鼠血压、心率的变化与医学分析完全吻合。In order to extract the physiological characteristics such as blood pressure and heart rate from the blood pressure signal quickly and accurately,a combination of empirical mode decomposition(EMD),cepstrum,and zero-crossing detection method was proposed.Average blood pressure,heart rate,ambulatory blood pressure,and instantaneous heart rate can be obtained from the blood pressure signal by using this method.The blood pressure signal of Dahl salt-sensitive rats was from the PhysioNet database.First,the blood pressure signal was decomposed into finite intrinsic mode functions(IMF)by EMD.According to different research purpose,the signal was reconstructed using different IMF,and the ambulatory blood pressure and average blood pressure were obtained.Then,the average heart rate was obtained by cepstrum analysis,and the instantaneous heart rate were obtained by zero-crossing detection.The simulation result shows that the integrated signal processing method has higher localization accuracy and smaller computation.And on the high and low salt diet,the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in rats extracted by this method are consistent with the medical research.
