摘  要:采用宏观分析、材质成分分析、金相组织分析、腐蚀产物分析和细菌检测分析等方法对某注水井油管的腐蚀穿孔原因进行了失效分析。分析结果表明:在长时间使用后,油管材质中存在的非金属夹杂物造成材料的早期破坏;该井水质易结CaCO 3垢,在材料性能薄弱处首先发生垢下腐蚀,环境中的硫酸盐还原菌和O 2的存在进一步促进了垢下腐蚀,最终导致油管腐蚀穿孔。Failure analysis of tubing perforation in water injection well was performed by means of macroscopic analysis,material composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis,corrosion product analysis and bacteria detection.The study shows that the early damage of material came from non-metallic inclusions in tube after long-term usage;under-deposit corrosion easily occurred at the place with poor material performance since CaCO 3 deposited in well water;the existence of sulfate reducing bacteria and O 2 in the environment further promoted corrosion until pipeline leakage.
