摘  要:介绍Profibus现场总线网络故障的产生原因,分析使用设备自带的STEP7软件和诊断中继器判断Profibus网络故障点的具体过程。以某大孔型连轧管机组为例,介绍网络故障代码的辨识和含义,以及故障的具体处理措施,同时对典型故障曲线进行分析。高效智能的网络诊断技术和措施的采用,可以节省大量故障处理时间,提高生产效率,并且硬件的网络监控和诊断有利于分析设备运行情况及查找设备故障原因。Described here in the article are the causes for the network fault of the Profibus.And also elaborated are the details about analyzing the operation of the system-equipped software STEP7 and the diagnosing repeater to identify the Profibus network fault point.Taking a certain large-sized MPM plant as an example,identification and meanings of the network fault codes,and the countermeasures for the fault are described.Meanwhile the typical fault curve is analyzed.Using the high efficient intelligent network diagnostic technology and relevant measures is capable of tremendously saving the fault-handling time to enhance the productivity.Moreover network monitoring and diagnosis with the hardware are helpful for analyzing the equipment operation status and identifying the reasons for the equipment fault.
