摘　　要：介绍一种钛合金特殊螺纹接头HSTI,运用有限元方法分析其密封性能,并进行上卸扣实物试验,按照ISO 13679∶2002标准CALⅣ进行复合加载试验。试验结果表明:钛合金特殊螺纹接头HSTI能满足10次上卸扣螺纹不黏结,有限元分析及实物试验均表明其具有优异的密封性能。Elaborated here in the essay is a titanium alloy premium connection named as HSTI.The FEA method is used to study its sealing performance,and the full-scale make-up&break out test is conducted to it.Furthermore the composite loading test is also performed as per ISO 13679:2002,CAL IV.The test results demonstrate that the HSTI premium connection is capable of meeting the requirement,i.e.,after ten times of make-up and break out operations,no thread galling is found.And the excellent sealability of the premium connection is well proved via the FEA investigation as well as the full-scale test.
