摘　　要：目的应用德尔菲专家咨询法构建适用于我国男男性行为人群的性病风险评估工具。方法利用广东省男男性行为人群性病主动监测数据结合相关文献,通过12位专家进行德尔菲咨询确定男男性行为病感染风险评估工具。结果德尔菲法专家积极系数为100.0%,专家判断依据为0.975,熟悉程度为0.925,专家权威程度为0.950。进行Kendall's W分析,发现指标熟悉程度(W=0.244,P<0.001)、指标重要性(W=0.370,P<0.001)和指标可行性(W=0.194,P<0.001)均具有统计学意义。本研究最终确定纳入9个指标。结论通过德尔菲法系统全面的确定男男性行为人群性病感染风险指标,可以快速评估该人群性病艾滋病感染风险,有助于MSM人群高危性行为的改变,也为促进高危人群干预工作提供了借鉴意义。Objective The aim of this study was to apply the Delphi expert consultation method to construct a risk assessment tool for sexually transmitted diseases(STD)suitable for men who have sex with men in China.Methods Using the active surveillance data of STDs in men who have sex with men in Guangdong province,combined with relevant literatures,12 experts conducted Delphi consultation to determine the risk assessment tools for men who had male behavioral diseases.Results The positive coefficient of the Delphi method expert was 100.0%.The expert judgment was 0.975.The familiarity was 0.925.And the expert authority was 0.950.Kendall's W analysis showed that the familiarity of the indicators(W=0.244,P<0.001),the importance of the indicators(W=0.370,P<0.001),and the feasibility of the indicators(W=0.194,P<0.001)were statistically significant.The study finally determined the inclusion of 9 indicators.Conclusion Through the Delphi method to comprehensively determine the risk index of STD infection among men who have sex with men,it can quickly assess the risk of STD and HIV infection in this population,contribute to the change of high-risk sexual behaviors in MSM population,and provide a reference for the intervention of high-risk groups.
