摘　　要：目的编制适用于国内护士安宁疗护认知现况及知识需求的问卷,为量性评估其从事安宁疗护的服务能力、理论知识及实践能力需求提供可靠工具。方法全面回顾国内外文献,应用专家咨询、预调查及大样本调查,完成问卷编制及信效度分析。结果应用t检验、相关分析、因子分析及Cronhbach’sα系数法进行联合条目筛选,认知状况及知识需求问卷最终各保留34、75个条目。探索性因子分析显示,两部分问卷各由3个、8个维度构成;累计方差贡献率为43.185%、65.273%;问卷总体Cronhbach’sα系数为0.901、0.989;Spearman-Brown系数为0.632、0.912。结论本研究所编制的护士对安宁疗护认知现况及知识需求问卷具有较好的信效度。Objective To develop a questionnaire of cognitive status and knowledge demand of palliative care for nurses in China,so as to provide a reliable tool for quantitative assessment of nurses'ability of providing palliative care,theoretical knowledge and practices.Methods Based on literature review,the questionnaire was developed by employing expert consultation,pre-and large sample filed investigation.Results By employing methods of t-test,analysis of correlation,factor and Cronbach'sαcoefficient to screen items,and thus the questionnaire of cognitive status and knowledge demand were determined to retain 34 and 75 items,respectively.Exploratory factor analysis showed that they were composed of 3 and 8 dimensions.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 43.185%and 65.273%;the Cronbach's coefficient was 0.901 and 0.989;the Spearman-Brown coefficients were 0.632 and 0.912,respectively.Conclusion The questionnaire developed in this study has good reliability and validity.
