摘 要:为研究铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pa)的遗传演化规律,对2018年本实验室分离出两株铜绿假单胞菌,经基因测序得到16s rRNA基因序列,利用NCBI中的BLAST对比搜索与分离菌株具有相近基因序列的假单胞菌株,采用lasergene中Megalign软件构建基因进化树并比较分析。结果表明:Pa菌株在基因进化树上聚为一支,说明Pa进化较稳定,分离出的两株Pa与来自日本的Pa(登录号为NR_113599)关系最为亲近,他们聚在一个次级分支上;分离菌株与来自美国的两株Pa(登录号为NR_117678与NR_114471)关系较亲近,而与来自德国的Pa(登录号为NR_026078)关系则较远。In order to study the genetic evolution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pa),two strains of Pa were isolated in our laboratory in 2018.The 16s rRNA gene sequence was obtained by gene sequencing.The BLAST in NCBI was used to search for Pseudomonas strains with similar gene sequence to the isolated strains,and Megalign software in lasergene was used to construct the gene evolutionary tree and make comparative analysis.The results showed that Pa strains clustered into one branch on the gene evolution tree,indicating that Pa evolution was relatively stable.The two isolated Pa strains had the closest relationship with Pa from Japan(login number is NR_113599),and they clustered on a secondary branch.The relationship between the isolated strain and Pa(Genbank login numbers NR_117678 and NR_114471)from the United States is relatively close.However,the relationship with Pa from Germany(login number is NR_026078)was far away.
