解剖型锁定钢板结合植骨术治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨解剖型锁定钢板联合植骨术针对胫骨平台骨折实施治疗的临床效果.方法:总结本科于2016年1月-2019年1月应用解剖型锁定钢板内固定联合植骨术针对34例胫骨平台骨折患者实施治疗的临床疗效.结果:患者均接受并配合随访,随访时间6-39个月,平均17.7个月,均实现骨性愈合.膝关节功能按Kolment评分标准:优24例,良4例,可3例,差0例,优良率90.3%.结论:应用解剖型锁定钢板内固定联合植骨术治疗胫骨平台骨折,其效果固定牢固,骨折愈合及膝关节功能恢复切口好,患者满意度高.Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of anatomical locking plate combined with bone grafting for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted in 34 patients with tibial plateau fracture treated by anatomical locking plate combined with bone grafting from January 2016 to January 2019.Results:All the patients were followed up for average 17.7 months(range,6-39 months).All the patients obtained bony union.According to the Kolment score,the excellent and good rate of the knee function score was 90.3%with excellent result in 24 cases,good in 4 cases,fair in 3 cases,and poor in 0 cases.The excellent and good rate was 90.3%.Conclusion:The internal fixation with anatomical locking plate combined with bone grafting for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures was firm,fracture healing and knee function recovery was good,and the treatment effect was satisfactory.
