图书馆危机应急服务及后疫情时代的思考——以2019新冠肺炎疫情突发事件为例

摘　　要：2019年末突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情给我国社会经济和人民生活造成了巨大影响。疫情发生后图书馆界迅速启动应急响应,如免费开放各类精品课程,助推线上学习;主动对接,服务教学科研,助力线上教学;提供VPN等技术支持,方便读者远程访问;开展在线心理咨询以及举办各种主题活动等,以助力全国人民抗击疫情。新冠肺炎疫情给图书馆今后的工作提出了更高的要求,后疫情时代图书馆需进一步提高应急管理水平,完善应急管理机制。The COVID-19 outbreak at the end of 2019 has exerted a great impact on social economy and people's life in China.After the outbreak of the epidemic,the library community quickly launched emergency response,including providing all kinds of quality courses for free to facilitate online learning,taking the initiative to serve online teaching and research,providing VPN and other technical support to facilitate remote access by readers,carrying out online psychological counseling and various themed activities to help people across the country fight the epidemic.COVID-19 sets a higher requirement for library work in the future.In the post-epidemic era,libraries should further improve their emergency management level and improve their emergency management mechanism.
