摘　　要：双膦酸盐类药物是抗骨质疏松治疗的一线用药。但药物研究结果与临床实际疗效存在明显差距,此差距源于医生和患者对双膦酸盐治疗骨质疏松症的长期性认识不足,对双膦酸盐的不良反应如非典型性骨折和下颌骨坏死的过度担心,用药依从性差;对药物假期的理解和选择还存在误区。强调重视双膦酸盐治疗的依从性管理和药物假期选择,会为抗骨质疏松治疗取得满意疗效提供帮助。Bisphosphonates are the first line treatment for osteoporosis.However,there is a gap between the results of clinic trial and the actual clinical efficacy.Many physicians and patients do not realize that the efficacy of bisphosphonates is dependent on the adherence.Because worrying about the side effects of bisphosphonates on bone,such as atypical femur fractures(AFF)and osteonecrosis of jaw(ONJ),inappropriate drug holidays might be selected to the osteoporotic patients treated with bisphosphonates.To emphasize the importance of adherence of bisphosphonates in the treatment of osteoporosis and reasonable selection of drug holiday are the prerequisites for the satisfactory effect of anti-osteoporosis treatment.
