摘　　要：蜡泪样骨病为临床罕见病,文献报道多为机体局部受累。本文报道1例全身泛发性蜡泪样骨病患者诊治经过,结合文献探讨蜡泪样骨病的发病机制、临床表现、病理特征、影像学特点、诊疗现状,以期对该病有更全面认识。Melorheostosis is a rare disease,and the literature reports mostly local body involvement.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of systemic generalized melorheostosis.Combined with the literature to explore the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,pathological features,imaging features,diagnosis and treatment status,in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the disease.
