摘 要:以聚丙烯为基体,滑石粉、乙烯/辛烯共聚物为添加成分,制备了聚丙烯复合材料。采用广角X射线衍射表征了复合材料注塑样板皮层和芯层,以及注塑样板不同区域表层的结晶行为。结果表明:聚丙烯复合材料注塑样板皮层具有显著的b轴结晶取向趋势;复合材料注塑样板芯层的b轴结晶取向趋势较弱;注塑样板正中位置表层b轴结晶取向趋势最明显。Polypropylene composites were prepared by utilizing polypropylene as the matrix,talc and thylene/octene copolymer as the adding ingredients.Wide angle X-ray diffraction was used to characterize the crystallization behavior of the surface layer and core layer,as well as the surface layer in different regions of the injection boards.The results show that there is a significant crystallization orientation along b-axis in the surface layer of polypropylene composites injection boards,while weaker in core layer;the crystallization orientation of b-axis is the most obvious in the middle of injection boards.
