摘　　要：中医早期对肿瘤的描述与痈疡相似而混见,提示肿瘤与痈存在相似互通性。肿瘤与痈在病因上均有外邪、饮食、情志等因素,在病机上均以气血壅滞为核心。在治疗原则上,消肿、散结、消痰、托毒、补益是两者治疗上的共同点,手术疗法和内科消、托、补思想在肿瘤论治中也有一定的体现。开发应用痈疽经典方药治疗肿瘤是近些年的临床研究方向。Early description about tumor in traditional Chinese medicine is mixed to carbuncle,which indicate that is similarity and intercommunity tumor and carbuncle.Both tumor and carbuncle are caused by exogenous pathogens,diet,emotions etc..And Qi and blood stasis are the common core in pathogensis.In the treatment principle,detumescence,dispersal,elimination of phlegm,toxification and supplementation are the common points in the treatment,surgical therapy and medical elimination,tutorization and supplementation in internal medicine.In recent years,direction of clinical research also could be focused on the application of classical prescriptions on carbuncle to tumor treatment.
