两例犬会阴疝的诊断与手术治疗

摘　　要：探究犬会阴疝的发病原因、诊断方法、有效地治疗手段及术后管理,提高犬只生活质量,为犬会阴疝的诊治提供参考。通过临床症状检查及X-线检查确诊2例犬会阴疝病例,病例一使用内闭锁肌移位闭合术,病例二使用传统会阴疝闭合术。病例一术后由于主人护理不当引发直肠脱出,直肠复位后恢复良好,可自主排便;病例二会阴疝闭合术后并发排尿困难,进行修复手术后恢复良好,可自主排便。通过对犬会阴疝诊断及手术治疗分析,手术方法选择正确、术后并发症处置正确。The pathogenesis, diagnosis, effective treatment and postoperative management of canine perineal hernia were explored to improve the quality of life of dogs. Reference for the diagnosis and treatment of canine perineal hernia was provided. Two cases of canine perineal hernia were confirmed by clinical symptom examination and X-ray examination. Case one was treated by transposition of internal atresia muscle, Case two was treated by traditional perineal hernia prosthesis. In case one, due to improper care of the owner, caused rectal prolapse, and Prognosis is well, and the patient recovered with normal defecating functions;in case two, due to the difficulty of urination after the prosthesis of perineal hernia, the patient recovered well after the repair operation, and recovered with normal defecating functions. Through the analysis of diagnosis and surgical treatment of canine perineal hernia, the choice of surgical method is correct and the treatment of postoperative complications is correct.
