北京野生水禽胰腺炎诊断治疗分析

摘　　要：为了研究北京夏季水禽急性胰腺炎诊断与治疗。结合2018年6~8月中心接收治疗并诊断为胰腺炎的水禽类11例为研究对象,收集资料,接收后采用临床检查、X光检查、胃内容物镜检、病理解剖、组织切片等。在诊断为胰腺炎使用药物治疗后8例康复放归,1例在接收途中死亡,2例由于错过最佳治疗时间死于并发症。分析由于池塘或湖水水质发生改变,致使近年来水禽类发病呈急性集中且多发态势,但发病后及时进行诊断以及采用药物治疗,预防并发症发生,治愈率高,愈后良好。To study the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis in waterfowl in summer, we connected with the 11 cases of water poultry receiving treatment and diagnosed as pancreatitis in the center from June to August 2018, and we put them as study objects. So we collected the data,clinical examination, X-ray examination, microscopic examination of stomach contents, pathological anatomy, and tissue section were adopted after receiving. After being diagnosed with pancreatitis and treated with drugs, 8 cases recovered and were released, and 1 case died on receiving, and 2 cases died from complications due to missed optimal treatment time. This analysis was due to changes in water quality of pond or lake water, the incidence of water inflow and poultry is acute and concentrated and frequent in recent years. However, timely diagnosis and drug treatment can prevent the occurrence of complications with a high cure rate and a good recovery rate.
