摘  要:针对可燃性气体在烧结料层表面如何均匀喷加的问题,采用数值模拟与自主开发的可视化喷加试验相结合的筛选方法,大大缩短了可燃性气体喷加方式及技术参数的筛选时间,从5种可燃性气体喷加方式中优选出旋管喷射方式。试验结果表明,旋管喷射方式不仅可减少单位区域内的喷头数量,还可改被动扩散为主动搅拌混匀,可燃性气体与空气混匀稀释的质量更高、速度更快,并可实现可燃性气体均匀、安全地喷加。In allusion to the problem of how to homogeneously inject flammable gases on the surface of sinter bed,the method of combinating numerical simulation and self-developed visual screening is adopted,which greatly shortened the screening time of flammable gases injection method and technical parameters,leading to the selecting of rotary cylinder injection method from five flammable gases injection methods.The results show that the rotary cylinder injection method can help to decrease the number of nozzle in unit region,and convert passive diffusion into active stirring and mixing.By using the method,mixing and diluting is completed in high quality and high speed,homogeneous and safe injection of flammable gases is realized.
