摘　　要：应用AHP-BP神经网络优化模型构建了一套城市移动图书馆服务质量评价体系。首先在界定移动图书馆服务质量内涵的基础上,从信息资源、服务环境、交互质量和服务效果5个方面选取了15个二级指标,进而利用AHP法确定各指标的专家权重,然后利用实际调查数据采用BP神经网络模型对评价指标权重进行优化并确立指标体系,使得评价结果更加科学、客观、精准。结果发现信息资源是其中最主要的一项评价指标,其次是服务环境、服务效果和交互质量。Based on the research of service quality evaluation of mobile services in the urban libraries,the paper puts forward the evaluation tool of AHP-BP neural network.Firstly,15 secondary indexes are selected from the aspects of information resources,service environment,interaction quality and service effect.The weight of each index is determined by AHP.On this basis,the weight of evaluation index is optimized by BP neural network model using actual survey data.Finally,a set of evaluation index system and weight of service quality of mobile library in the urban areas is constructed.
