摘　　要：目的系统评价维持性血液透析患者的心理真实体验。方法计算机检索数据库PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、PsycInfo、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库,搜索关于维持性血液透析患者心理真实体验的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2019年2月。完成文献质量评价后,采用Meta汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行归纳、诠释。结果共纳入14篇文献,提炼出80个结果、6个类别和3个整合结果,分别为:维持性血液透析患者心理体验,疾病对个人及家庭的影响,个人对外界环境支持系统的渴望和需求。结论护士应针对维持性血液透析患者的心理真实体验提供个性化护理服务;加强护患沟通,建立良好的家庭关系和护患关系,使其保持良好的心态接受治疗;提供有效信息,缓解维持性血液透析患者的压力,提高其社会适应能力,使患者自我价值得以实现,最终获取理想的治疗效果。Objective To systematically evaluate the psychological real experience of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods We searched the databases including Pubmed,Web of Science(WOS),CINAHL,PsycInfo,CNKI,Wanfang DataBase and VIP form the inception to February 2019 to collect qualitative studies on the psychological real experience in maintenance hemodialysis patients.After quality assessment,Meta synthesis was used to summarize and interpret the results.Results A total of 14 qualitative studies were included involving 80 results,6 categories and 3 integrated themes were extracted,including psychological experience of maintenance hemodialysis patients,the impact of disease on individuals and families,patients'personal desire and needs for external environmental support system.Conclusion Nurses should provide individualized nursing service for the psychological real experience of maintenance hemodialysis patients,strengthen relationship between nurses and patients,develop harmonious relationship among nurses,patients and family members.Otherwise,provide effective information,relieve stress,improve the social adaptability of maintenance hemodialysis patients to achieve patients'self-worth and help health providers get the expected therapeutic effect.
