摘 要:为探究不同氮肥品种对不同类型土壤苋菜镉(Cd)累积的影响,采用盆栽试验,以苋菜(Amaranshus mangostanus L.)为供试作物,在黄棕壤和赤红壤上设置尿素、硫酸铵、硝酸钠、硝酸铵及无肥(CK)5种处理,氮肥施用量均为N 200 mg/kg。结果表明:在黄棕壤上,尿素处理下苋菜地上部和地下部Cd含量和Cd累积量增幅最大,分别增加了59%、90%和243%、259%;在赤红壤中,硫酸铵处理下苋菜地上部和地下部Cd含量和Cd累积量增幅最大,分别增加了56%、114%和141%、293%。在两种土壤上施用硝酸钠显著降低了苋菜对Cd的吸收和累积,其中地下部Cd累积量分别低至0.03和0.06μg/盆。因此,建议在黄棕壤上施用尿素,在赤红壤上施用硫酸铵,在提高苋菜生物量的同时,还能强化苋菜对Cd的吸收累积效果。In order to explore the effects of different types of nitrogen fertilizer on cadmium(Cd)accumulation in amaranth in different types of soils,a pot experiment was conducted,using Amaranshus mangostanus L.as the test material.Five treatments of CO(NH2)2,(NH4)2 SO4,NaNO3,NH4 NO3,CK(non-fertilizer)were set up on yellow brown soil and lateritic red soil,and the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer was N 200 mg/kg soil.The results showed that on yellow brown soil,the Cd content and Cd accumulation in the shoot and root parts of amaranth increased in a largest degree under CO(NH2)2 treatment,which increased by 59%,90%and 243%,259%respectively;In lateritic red soil,the Cd content and Cd accumulation in shoot and root of amaranth increased in the largest degree under(NH4)2SO4 treatment by 56%,114%and 141%,293%,respectively.The application of NaNO3 on the two soils significantly reduced the absorption and accumulation of amaranth Cd,and the accumulation of Cd in the root was as low as 0.03 and 0.06μg/pot respectively.Therefore,it is suggested to apply CO(NH2)2 on yellow brown soil and(NH4)2 SO4 on lateritic red soil,which can not only increase the biomass of amaranth,but also enhance the absorption and accumulation of amaranth Cd.
