中医辨证治疗普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎2例

摘　　要：介绍采用单纯中医辨证治疗普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者2例。根据患者症状、舌象辨证,一例患者热重于湿,另一例湿重于热。热重于湿者选用佑安新冠1号方清肺透邪,湿重于热者用佑安新冠2号方祛湿化痰益气。用药后,患者舌象和症状都较前明显好转,复查CT显示炎症吸收,新型冠状病毒核酸检查连续阴性,证明单纯中医辨证治疗疗效肯定。A total of 2 cases of patients with common type coronavirus disease(COVID-19) only treated with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) was introduced. According to the patient′s symptoms and tongue image, one patient had more heat than dampness, and the other had more dampness than heat. For the patient who had more heat than dampness, You′an Xinguan Fomula Ⅰ(佑安新冠1号方) was used to clear the lungs and dispel pathogen. For the patient who had more dampness than heat, You′an Xinguan Fomula Ⅱ(佑安新冠2号方) was used to remove dampness, to dissolve phlegm and to benefit qi. After the medication, the patients′ tongue image and symptoms were significantly better than before. CT re-examination showed inflammation absorption, and the continuous negative coronavirus nucleic acid test, which proved that the curative effects of simple TCM syndrome differentiation.
