摘  要:热泵-冷柜联合运行系统是通过中冷器及一体式换热器将热泵系统和冷柜系统相连,以达到联合运行时延缓热泵系统结霜和为冷柜制冷系统提供过冷度,进而提高两系统的性能。本文实验研究了冬季室外较高相对湿度及较低温度工况下联合系统的性能,分析了室外相对湿度和室外温度对系统霜层厚度、结霜周期及联合运行系统性能的影响。结果表明,随着相对湿度由70%升至80%、霜层生长速度逐渐加快,热泵的平均制热量、冷柜的制冷量及两者的系统性能系数(COP)均降低。室外温度越高时联合运行系统的结霜周期越长,联合运行系统中热泵的制热量和COP均逐渐升高,冷柜系统在-5^-1℃环境温度下性能几乎不受影响,而温度高于-1℃时其制冷量及COP均随之降低。The combined operation system of heat pump and freezer connects the heat pump system and freezer system through intercooler and integrated heat exchanger,so as to delay the frosting of heat pump system and to provide supercooling degree for the freezer to improve the performance of the two systems.The performance of the combined system under the condition of high relative humidity and low temperature in winter is studied experimentally.The frost thickness,frost period and the performance of heat pump and freezer in the combined operation system are analyzed under different outdoor relative humidity and outdoor temperatures.The experimental results show that with the increase of relative humidity from 70%to 80%,the frost layer growth rate is gradually accelerated,and the average heat production capacity of the heat pump,the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerator and the COP are all decreased.With the increase of outdoor temperature,the frosting period of the combined operation system becomes longer,the heating capacity and COP of the heat pump in the combined operation system are gradually increased,the performance of the refrigerator system is almost unaffected in the temperature range of-5--1℃,and the cooling capacity and COP are reduced when the temperature is higher than-1℃.
