摘 要:房间空调器新能效标准GB 21455—2019已完成修订并发布,该标准采用全年能源消耗效率(APF)作为定速和变速室内空调的评估指标,并进一步提高了最低能效等级的限定值。本文提出了满足新能效限定值的房间空调器换热器设计思路,采用换热特性更好的制冷剂R32,分析了小管径铜管对R32制冷剂换热和压降的影响,设计了高效低阻的分布式流路。结果表明,针对一款典型的3.5 kW的房间空调器,采用R32制冷剂分布式流路的5 mm铜管换热器,全年能源消耗效率APF能达到4.02,可以满足新能效标准。The new energy efficiency grade standard GB 21455—2019 for room air conditioners has been revised and released.The new standard uses annual performance factor(APF)as the evaluation index for fixed speed and variable speed room air conditioners and further improves the minimum allowable value of energy efficiency.The design idea of the heat exchanger for room air conditioner based on the new standard is proposed in this paper.R32 with better heat transfer characteristics is adopted as refrigerant,and a small diameter heat exchanger with higher heat transfer coefficient is obtained by analyzing the effect of small diameter tube on heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of R32,and the heat exchanger with a distributed flow path is designed to achieve better performance.The results show that,APF of a typical 3.5 kW air conditioner using the R32 refrigerant distributed flow path 5 mm copper tube heat exchanger reaches 4.02,meeting the minimum allowable value of energy efficiency in the new standard.
