摘  要:试样采用硝酸、氢氟酸、硫酸溶解挥硅,剩余不溶物经过滤、灰化、灼烧,再以碳酸锂和硼酸熔融,以盐酸酸化。建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝硅质耐火材料中氧化铁、氧化钛、氧化钙、氧化钾、氧化镁、氧化钠含量的测定方法。用本方法进行加标回收试验,回收率为96.8%~104.0%;进行标准样品测定试验,测定值与认定值一致,重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)均小于2%。The sample is dissolved by nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid,meanwhile,Silicon is volatilized.The remaining insolubles were filtered,ashed and burned,then melted with lithium carbonate and boric acid,and acidified with hydrochloric acid.A method for the determination of iron oxide,titanium oxide,calcium oxide,potassium oxide,magnesium oxide and sodium oxide in alumina silica refractories by ICP-AES was established.This method is used for standard addition recovery test,the recovery of the sample is between 96.8%and 104.0%.Carry out the standard sample test,the measured value is consistent with the certified value,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10)of repeated determination is less than 2%.
