摘 要:为控制进入萃取系统浸出富液中悬浮颗粒含量,提高湿法炼铜阴极铜品质,采用南非Roytec公司设计的针床澄清器过滤刚果(金)某湿法炼铜厂的浸出富液。生产实践表明,该针床澄清器应用效果较好,能够将浸出富液中的悬浮颗粒质量浓度由500 mg/L降至80 mg/L及以下,澄清后的浸出富液经萃取、电积能够生产出铜品位达99.99%及以上的阴极铜。该项目的成功应用,可为针床澄清器在其他湿法冶炼项目中的推广提供参考。In order to control the content of suspended particles in the leaching rich solution into the extraction system and improve the quality of copper cathode,a needle bed clarifier designed by Roytec of South Africa was used to filter the leaching rich solution of a copper refinery in the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC).Production practice shows that the needle bed clarifier has a good application effect and can reduce the mass concentration of suspended particles in the leachate rich solution from 500 mg/L to below 80 mg/L,and the clarified leachate rich solution can produce cathode copper with a copper grade of 99.99%or above by extraction and electrodeposition.The successful application of this project can provide reference for the promotion of needle bed clarifier in other hydrometallurgical projects.
