摘　　要：对某铜电解车间和利时MACS-K控制系统的硬件结构以及工作原理进行了说明,重点从电解液循环系统、电解液添加剂系统、电解短路开关系统介绍了铜电解控制系统的工艺特点及控制要点。实践证明,该系统先进、可靠、控制性能好,能够满足铜电解的自动控制要求。The paper describes hardware structure and working principles of HollySys control system in a copper tank house,and mainly introduces process characteristics and control points of copper electrolysis control system from electrolyte circulation system,electrolyte additive system and electrolytic short circuit switch system.The practice shows that the system is advanced,reliable and has good control performance,and can meet the automatic control requirements of copper electrolysis.
