514例确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎患者心电图特征分析

摘　　要：目的研究新型冠状病毒肺炎住院患者心电图改变和心律失常类型及其与患者临床预后的关系.方法纳入火神山专科医院2020年2~5月在院患者入院心电图514份,分析其中心电图改变和心律失常的类型、特征.结果254例患者出现明显心电图改变和心律失常,其中窦性心动过速65例(22.2%),QT间期延长60例(20.5%),心房颤动45例(15.4%),传导阻滞39例(13.3%),房性早搏22例(7.5%),室性早搏20例(6.8%),窦性心律不齐20例(6.8%),窦性心动过缓18例(6.1%),预激综合征4例(1.4%),心律失常发生组患者在院病死率显著高于无心律失常组(P<0.05).结论新型冠状病毒肺炎患者常见心律失常,是否有心律失常与患者的临床预后密切相关.Objective To investigate the electrocardiograms(ECG)change and arrhythmias in COVID-19 patients and the relationship with the clinical prognosis.Methods 513 ECG cases of patients with COVID-19 in Huoshenshan Hospital from February to May 2020 were analyzed.Results Significant ECG changes and arrhythmias occurred in 254 patiens.Among them,sinus tachycardia occurred in 65 cases(22.2%),QT interval elongation in 60 cases(20.5%),atria fibrillation in 45 cases(15.4%),conduction block in 39 cases(13.3%),premature beats in 42 cases(14.3%),irregular sinus rhythm in 20 cases(6.8%),bradycardia in 18 cases(6.1%)and 4 cases(1.4%)of pre-excitation changes.The mortality in ECG changes patients was higher than those without ECG changes(P<0.05).Conclusion Arrhythmia is common in patients with COVID-19.Arrhythmia is closely related to the clinical prognosis of these patients.
