摘 要:目的探讨急性主动脉夹层(acute aortic dissection,AAD)发病时间与气候变化的关系.方法回顾性分析2010年1月1日至2019年12月31日在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院就诊的AAD患者的临床资料.比较不同季节、月份、时间段的AAD发病规律.结果AAD患者共978例,男性726例,女性252例;StanfordA型夹层患者473例,Stanford B型505例.冬季发病最多292例(29.86%),夏季发病最少203例(20.76%).12月发病最多121例(12.37%),9月发病数最少55例(5.62%).19:00-24:00发病最多411例(42.02%),1:00-6:00发病最少44例(4.5%).StanfordA型AAD在冬季高发,夏季最少,Stanford B型AAD在春季高发,夏季最少.A型和B型AAD在不同季节的发病数量上有统计学意义(x2=8.931,P=0.030).StanfordA型AAD发病最多在19:00-24:00,共291例(61.52%).最少发生在1:00-6:00,共24例(5.07%).Stanford B型AAD发病最多在13:00-18:00,共206例(40.79%),最少发生在1:00-6:00,共20例(3.96%).A型和B型AAD在不同时间段发病数量具有统计学意义(x2=179.615,P<0.001).在不同年龄组中,中年组发病数量较青年组和老年组多,并在19:00-24:00发病最多,不同年龄段在不同时间段的发病数量具有统计学意义(x2=12.998,P=0.043).其余项目均无统计学意义.结论AAD的发病与季节,时间段有关联.冬季会增加AAD发病率.Objective To investigate the relationship between the incidence of aortic dissection and climate change.Methods The clinical data of all patients with acute aortic dissection treated in our hospital from January 1,2010 to December 31,2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The incidence of aortic dissection in different seasons,months and time periods were compared.Results There were 978 patients with AAD including 726 males and 252 females.Among them,473 patients suffered from Stanford type A dissection and 505 patients suffered from Stanford type B dissection.The incidence rate was the highest in winter(292 cases,29.86%)and the incidence rate was the lowest in summer(203 cases,20.76%).There were 121 cases(12.37%)in December and 55 cases(5.62%)in September.The incidence rate was the highest(411 cases,42.02%)from 19:00-24:00 and the incidence rate was the lowest(44 cases,4.5%)from 1:00-6:00.AAD with Stanford type A had the highest incidence in winter and the lowest incidence in summer,whereas AAD with Stanford type B had the highest incidence in spring and the lowest incidence in summer.The number of type A and type B AAD patients in different seasons were statistically significant(Х^2=8.931,P=0.030).There were the highest incidence(291 cases,61.52%)of AAD with Stanford type A in 19:00-24:00,of which the lowest incidence(24 cases,5.07%)occurred in 1:00-6:00.For AAD with Stanford type B,the highest incidence(206 cases,40.79%)occurred in 13:00-18:00 and the lowest incidence(20 cases,3.96%)occurred in 1:00-6:00.The number of type A and type B AAD patients in different time periods was statistically significant(Х^2=179.615,P<0.001).In different age groups,the middle-aged group had more cases than the young group and the elderly group and the most cases occurred between 19:00 and 24:00.The number of cases in different age groups at different time periods was statistically significant(Х^2=12.998,P=0.043).There was no statistical significance in other items.Conclusion The incidence of aortic dissection is related to the s
