摘 要:原油中钠含量超标会导致后续催化裂化催化剂中毒,针对某炼油厂原油经电脱盐装置后钠含量异常超标的问题进行了分析,并研制了脱钠助剂。考察脱钠助剂对原油脱钠和破乳效果的影响,并将脱钠助剂应用于工业电脱盐装置。结果表明:钠含量超标的主要原因是原油开采时加入的石油磺酸钠残留在原油中,脱钠助剂的加入可以打破石油磺酸钠在油相和水相中的平衡,使石油磺酸钠溶于水相,从而降低原油中的钠含量。在某炼油厂2号电脱盐装置上工业试验的结果表明,脱钠助剂A的加入使原油脱钠率从75.7%提高到84.2%。Excessive sodium content in crude oil will lead to subsequent FCC catalyst poisoning.This paper analyzed the problem of abnormally high sodium content in de-salted crude oil of a refinery.In order to solve the problem,a sodium removal agent was developed.The effect of the sodium removal agent on sodium removal rate and on the demulsification was investigated.Based on the laboratory experiments,the agent was applied in a desalination unit.The results showed that the excessive sodium content in crude oil after electric desalination was caused by the excessive sulfonates used as crude oil recovering agent in oil field.The addition of sodium removal agent can break the equilibrium of petroleum sodium sulfonates distribution between the oil phase and water phase,and makes more sulfonates entering into the water phase,thus decreasing the sodium content in desalted crude oil.The industrial test in No.2 electric desalting unit showed that the sodium removal rate increased from 75.7%to 84.2%with the addition of the sodium removal agent.
