摘 要:采用聚α-烯烃合成油与双酯类合成油以5种不同比例复配的油品作为基础油,在相同锂皂含量以及相同工艺条件下制备了5种锂基润滑脂试样,通过考察试样的热安定性、低温性能、剪切安定性与胶体安定性,分析黏度相近、类型不同的合成基础油对锂基润滑脂性能的影响。试验结果表明:以双酯类合成油为基础油制备的锂基润滑脂,其剪切安定性与胶体安定性均优于以聚α-烯烃合成油为基础油制备的锂基润滑脂;而聚α-烯烃合成油由于倾点低、高温蒸发损失小,以其为基础油制备的锂基润滑脂具有优异的热安定性和低温性能。Five kinds of lithium grease samples were prepared under the same content of lithium soap and the same technological conditions by using poly-α-olefin synthetic oil and diester synthetic oil as base oil in five different proportions.The influence of synthetic base oil with similar viscosity and different types on the performance of lithium grease was analyzed through the thermal stability,low temperature type,shear stability and colloidal stability of five kinds of lithium grease samples.The results show that the shear stability and colloidal stability of the lithium grease prepared from diester synthetic oil are better than the lithium grease prepared from poly-α-olefia synthetic oil,while the lithium base grease prepared from poly-α-olefia synthetic oil has excellent thermal stability and low temperature performance due to the low pour point and low evaporation loss at high temperature.
