摘  要:杂交育种是广东常规稻育种中应用最广泛、成效最显著的方法,但回交育成品种的数量占比低。在简述玉香油占、美香占2号等6个品种及丰矮占1号回交导入系培育进程的基础上,分析了回交品种及导入系的相关情况,提出并阐述了回交育种的合理程序,包括:采用“多受体,少(一)供体”的杂交育种模式、受体亲本作父本、回交次数控制在3次及以下,回交育种要具备一定大的规模,回交后代的分离群体要种植大群体,并要施加选择压。Hybridization was used widely and effectively for inbred rice variety in Guangdong,but the number of backcross-bred varieties was low.The development of six varieties such as Yuxiangyouzhan,Meixiangzhan2 etc.and backcrossing introgression lines of Fengaizhan1 was briefly described.The situation was analysed very closely.Reasonable process of backcross breeding,such as adoption of“more recipient parent,few(one)donor”pattern,recipient parent as male prrent,3 or few backcross times,large scale backcross program,big segregation population and strick selection,was put forword.
