摘　　要：以实战化体能训练为研究对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等研究方法,对基层部队实战化体能训练现状进行调查,通过对训练前的人员体能状态评估筛查、训练计划制定、训练内容、时间段、频次、再生训练等内容进行讨论分析,提出实战化体能训练的对策与建议,为基层部队实战化体能训练提供参考与借鉴。Research object of actual combat physical fitness training,Using research methods such as literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,To investigate the present situation of actual combat physical fitness training in the Grass-roots units,Through the pre-training personnel fitness state assessment screening,training plan development,training content,time,frequency,regenerative training and other content of discussion and analysis,Put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of actual combat physical fitness training,To provide reference for actual combat physical fitness training of the Grass-roots units.
