柔力球项目在呼和浩特市高校的发展对策研究

摘　　要：太极柔力球项目是现代体育项目中的一颗璀璨的新星,它的运动价值在不断的提升,相对于其它的运动项目,它把中西方运动结合在了一起,以至于不像太极运动一样既紧张又文雅,也不至于像羽毛球和网球那样需要大的运动量和好的身体素质。通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,对呼和浩特高校的柔力球的发展现状进行了解,并对发展中受到的限制因素进行分析,提出一些可建设性的合理化的建议。Taiji softball is a bright star in modern sports.Its sports value is constantly increasing.Compared with other sports,it combines Chinese and Western sports so that it is not like Taiji sports.It is both tense and elegant,and does not require as much exercise and good physical fitness as badminton and tennis.Through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,to understand the current situation of the development of softball in Hohhot University,and analyze the limiting factors in the development,and put forward some constructive and reasonable suggestions.
