摘 要:数字图像体相关法是二维数字图像相关法在三维空间的拓展,它可以实现物体内部三维变形场的全场测量。针对数字图像体相关法的位移测量精度,提出一种组合式三维亚像素位移算法,并通过计算机仿真实验对算法进行了验证和分析,给出了该方法的相关函数形式、整像素搜索方法以及亚像素搜索算法,并用算法对计算机模拟的三维图像进行了相关运算,最后将运算结果与仿真过程给定的理论位移值进行对比。仿真实验得到的三维亚像素位移值与理论位移值的误差均值为0.000 2voxel,结果表明该算法对于测量物体内部三维位移场具有很好的可靠性,且测量精度较高。Digital volume correlation method is an extension of digital image correlation method in three-dimensional space.It can realize the whole-field measurement of 3-D deformation in solids.In view of the displacement measurement accuracy of digital volume correlation method,this paper proposes a combined sub-pixel displacement algorithm,which is verified and analyzed by computer simulation experiments.The correlation function,integer-pixel search method and sub-pixel search algorithm of this method are given,and the method is used to calculate the correlation of 3-D images.Finally,the calculation results are compared with the theoretical displacement values given in the simulation process.The simulation results is that the average error between the 3-D sub-pixel displacement and the theoretical displacement is0.000 2 voxel,which shows that the algorithm has good reliability and high accuracy for measuring the 3-D displacement in solids.
