摘 要:针对气压传感器在各领域应用广泛这一背景,为了保证气压传感器测量结果的准确可靠,对气压传感器测量误差的不确定度进行了评定。从选定测量方法,建立数学模型,分析不确定来源,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度几个方面进行了方法设计。以PTB110气压传感器为例,给出了该气压传感器示值误差的测量过程与测量数据,对其A类和B类不确定度进行计算。通过扩展不确定度、误差平均值、最大允许误差的运算比较,对该气压传感器测量结果进行了符合性判定,验证该气压传感器合格。该评定法的研究对于保证气压量值的准确可靠意义重大。In view of the background that pressure sensors are widely used in meteorological,national defense,military,aviation and aerospace departments,in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results of pressure sensors,the uncertainty of the measurement errors of pressure sensors is evaluated.Designs the method from several aspects is designed,such as selecting measurement method,establishing mathematical model,analyzing sources of uncertainty,calculating synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty.Taking PTB110 pressure sensor as an example,the measurement process and data of the indication error of the pressure sensor are given,and the uncertainty of type A and B are calculated.Comparing the calculation results of expanded uncertainty,average error and maximum allowable error,the consistency of the measurement results of the pressure sensor is judged,and the qualifications of the pressure sensor are verified.The study of this evaluation method is of great significance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of air pressure value.
