摘　　要：从大兴安岭林区基本情况出发,生态环境面临的突出矛盾和存在主要问题,提出以科技支撑为先导,以生态环境保护重点项目建设为突破口;处理好眼前与长远、局部与全部的关系,把生态环境保护与国土整治、区域经济发展以及社会事业进步紧密结合起来,采取综合治理措施;并分析评价依法加强生态环境保护,实现林区经济社会可持续发展的预期效果。Starting from the basic situation of Daxing'anling in Heilongjiang Province,this paper discusses the outstanding contradictions and main problems faced by the ecological environment.It is believed that we should take the support of science and technology as the guide,the key projects of ecological environment protection as the breakthrough point,deal with the immediate and long-term,partial and overall relations,integrate ecological environment protection with land improvement,regional economic development and social progress,and take comprehensive measures to strengthen the ecological environment in accordance with the law.The sustainable development of economy and society in forest areas can only be realized through environmental protection.
