摘　　要：乡村人才振兴和乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的重要构成部分,乡村文化人才承担着乡村文化振兴的社会责任。针对乡村文化人才流失、乡村文化遗存减少、乡村居民文化生活需求得不到充分满足的现状,提出优化乡村人才培育环境、重视文化人才培育研究与实践、完善乡村文化人才培育保障机制、发掘培育乡村文化人才等推动乡村振兴的有效路径。The revitalization of rural talents and rural culture is the important part of rural revitalization. The talents of rural culture undertake the social responsibilities of boosting rural culture. This paper aims at the current situation of the loss of rural cultural talents, the reduction of rural cultural relics, and the insufficient satisfaction of rural residents’ cultural life requirements, and proposes the effective path of promoting rural revitalization from the following aspects: optimizing talents cultivation environment, paying great attention to talents cultivation research and practice, improving talents cultivation safeguard mechanism, and seeking and training rural cultural talents.
