摘 要:智能手机的普及为现场快速检测技术的发展带来了新的机会,其中使用智能手机相机进行显色分析是一大热点。然而因为智能手机摄像头的拍摄功能集成了预处理功能,并不完全适合进行准确的显色分析,因此需要在智能手机拍摄照片的过程中加入校准过程。目前已经有各种各样不同的校准方法,但各有利弊。为了提高方法的准确性和普适性,一种适用于免疫层析试纸的智能手机读取试纸的新方法被提出,该方法使用线性回归作校准,使用CIEDE2000色差公式计算浓度,取得了较好的准确度。该方法对两种试纸的计算值与实际值的线性回归斜率分别达到了1.0545和1.0063,决定系数分别达到了0.9988和0.9981。The popularity of smartphones has brought a new opportunitie for the development of point of point-of-care testing technology,color rendering analysis with smartphone camera is one hot spot.However,because the shooting function of smartphone camera is integrated with some reprocessing function,it is not entirely suitable for accurate color analysis,so it is necessary to add calibration process in the process of smartphone photography.At present,there are various calibration methods,but each has its advantages and disadvantages.In order to improve the accuracy and universality of the method,a new method of smartphone reading immunochromatographic strips is proposed,which is suitable for immunochromatographic strip.This method uses linear regression as calibration,uses the CIEDE2000 color difference formula to calculate the concentration,and achieves better accuracy.The line between the calculated value and the actual value of the two kinds of strips is obtained.The linear regression slopes of the calculated and actual values of the two kinds of strips are 1.0545 and 1.0063 respectively,and the determination coefficients are 0.9988 and 0.9981,respectively.This method has great application prospects and can be used on various strips.
