核桃叶等中药单味制剂和复合制剂驱杀青海血蜱的试验研究

摘　　要：考察核桃叶、蒲公英、紫花地丁、对叶百部4种中药单味制剂和复合制剂对青海血蜱的驱杀效果。在36 h内进行实验室活性青海血蜱和田间羊体青海血蜱驱杀试验研究。实验室活性青海血蜱驱杀试验结果显示,中药复合制剂杀灭青海血蜱效果优于4种单味制剂;中药复合制剂杀死青海血蜱89只,青海血蜱死亡率为89.00%;田间羊体青海血蜱驱杀试验结果显示,中药复合制剂杀灭青海血蜱效果优于4种单味制剂,中药复合制剂杀死青海血蜱115只,青海血蜱死亡率为91.26%。结果表明,核桃叶等中药复合制剂对青海血蜱驱杀效果显著。Using Walnut Leaves,Stemona tuberosa Lour,Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz、Viola philippica four traditional Chinese medicine combination preparations,carried out the laboratory killing test and field killing experiment within 36 hours.The results showed:4 monomers were less effective than the combination in 2 tests.The laboratory test,Chinese medicine combination preparation killed 89 Haemaphysalis qinghaiensis,the mortality rate of 89.00%;The field experiment in sheep body,Chinese medicine combination preparation killed 115 Haemaphysalis qinghaiensis,the mortality was 91.26%.The repellent effect was significant.Walnut leaves and other traditional Chinese medicine compounds have significant effect on killing Haemaphysalis qinghaiensis.
