西归对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用

摘　　要：探究西归对D-半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。将72只雄性昆明种小鼠随机分成正常对照组、衰老模型组、维生素E组、西归高剂量组、西归中剂量组、西归低剂量组,除正常对照组给以外,其余各组均皮下注射80 mg/(kg·d)D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型,同时正常对照组、衰老模型组灌胃等量的1%CMC-Na,维生素E组及西归高剂量、中剂量、低剂量组分别以35 mg/(kg·d)、80.88 g/(kg·d)、40.44 g/(kg·d)、20.22 g/(kg·d)灌胃给药,连续30 d。于末次给药后24 h,测定小鼠血清、肝脏中SOD活性及MDA含量,并记录胸腺、脾脏指数。与衰老模型组比较,维生素E组及西归中剂量、低剂量组能显著增加小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能显著提高小鼠血清、肝脏中SOD活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低小鼠血清、肝脏中MDA含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明西归有一定的抗衰老作用。The anti-aging of Vicatia thibetica de Boiss.on the aging model mice induced by D-galactose.Seventy-two mice were randomly divided into six groups,such as normal control group,aging model group,vitamin E group,and high,medium,low dose of Vicatia thibetica de Boiss..Except that the normal control group,the mice in the other groups were injected of 80 mg·(kg·d)-1 D-galactose to establish ageing model for 30 days.At the same time,the normal control group and the aging model group were given with 1%CMC-Na of the equal volume by gavage,vitamin E group,high,medium and low dose of Vicatia thibetica de Boiss.group were treated with 35 mg·(kg·d)-1,80.88 g·(kg·d)-1,40.44 g·(kg·d)-1 and 20.22 g·(kg·d)-1 respectively.24 hours after the last administration,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum,liver,and the index of spleen and thymus were detected.Compared with the ageing model group,Vicatia thibetica de Boiss.could significantly improve the activity of SOD,decrease the content of MDA in serum,liver,and increase the index of spleen and thymus of aging mice induced by D-galactose.Vicatia thibetica de Boiss.has certain anti-aging effect.
