五加皮与其混伪品的生药鉴别研究

摘　　要：研究五加皮、香加皮及未知品的形态鉴别与组织鉴别特征。采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别的方法。结果五加皮外表面灰褐色,横断面灰白色,有草酸钙簇晶;香加皮外表面棕黄色,横断面黄白色,有草酸钙方晶。未知品外表面棕褐色,横断面黄白色,有草酸钙方晶和砂晶。本研究结果表明基于形态组织特征可以鉴别五加皮、香加皮及未知品,可以为五加皮的正确鉴别提供参考。Study on morphological and histological identification characteristics of Acanthopanacis cortex,Periplocae cortex and unidentified species.Using macroscopical identification and microscopic identification.Acanthopanacis cortex's outer surface is grayish brown,the cross section is grayish white,and has calcium oxalate crystals.Periplocae cortex's outer surface is brown and yellow,the cross section is yellowish-white,and has calcium oxalate square crystal.unidentified species'outer surface is tan,the cross section is yellowish-whitehas,and has calcium oxalate square crystal and calcium oxalate sand crystal.The re-sults showed that Acanthopanacis cortex,Periplocae cortex and unidentified species could be identified based on morphological and histological characteristics,which could provide reference for the correct identification of Acanthopanacis cortex.
