摘　　要：目的:统计本院院内制剂香连金黄散不良反应(ADR)发生情况,分析相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2005-2019年间上报于本院不良反应监测中心的香连金黄散的13例不良反应报告进行分析。分析患者性别、年龄、剂量、累及的系统等相关因素和发生特点。结果:患者不良反应均表现为一般程度红肿、瘙痒等皮肤类不适,且年龄较大患者居多。结论:通过总结分析香连金黄散发生的相关因素,发现出现不良反应可能与组方中的生天南星有关。Objective:To statistically analyze the adverse reaction(ADR)of Xianglianjinhuang powder(ADR)in our hospital and analyze the related factors to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Method:13 cases of Xianglianjinhuang powder which was reported to the adverse reaction monitoring center of our hospital from 2005 to 2019 were analyzed including patient’s gender,age,dose,involved body system and other related factors.Result:The adverse reactions of the patients all showed general redness,swelling,itching and other skin discomfort.And most ADR occurred in the older patients.Conclusion:By summarizing and analyzing the related factors of ADR of Xianglianjinhuang powder,it is found that the adverse reactions may be related to the raw Tiannanxing in recipe.
