摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸右美托咪定用于剖宫产手术麻醉及术后镇痛中的效果。方法:选取2018年12月—2019年12月于我院行剖宫产手术的200例产妇,用随机数表法分组,每组100例。对照组用舒芬太尼麻醉,观察组用盐酸右美托咪定麻醉,对比两组的镇静效果、镇痛效果以及并发症发生率。结果:两组手术前的镇静评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组用药后30 min、用药后1 h、手术结束的镇静评分均高于对照组,两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组手术结束时、术后6 h、术后12 h的镇痛评分均明显低于对照组,两组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比,并发症发生率更低,两组比较差异显著;两组术前的焦虑评分对比无明显差异,术后1 d、术后2 d的焦虑评分均小于对照组,差异显著。结论:将盐酸右美托咪定用于剖宫产手术麻醉及术后镇痛可获得理想的镇静、镇痛效果,且麻醉安全性更高,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in anesthesia of cesarean section and postoperative analgesia.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,200 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were randomly divided into 100 cases/group.The control group was anesthetized with sufentanil and the observation group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of sedation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 30 minutes,1 hour and at the end of operation(P<0.05).The scores of analgesia in the observation group at the end of operation,6 hours and 12 hours after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the difference between the two groups was significant;there was no significant difference between the two groups in preoperative anxiety score,and the anxiety scores in the first day and the second day after operation were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:The application of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in the anesthesia of cesarean section and postoperative analgesia can obtain ideal sedation and analgesia effect,and the anesthesia safety is higher,which is worthy of further clinical application.
