摘　　要：目的:通过对近十年有关调脂药物各方面研究文献的归纳和总结,探索未来调脂药物的发展方向。方法:采用文献分析法对调脂药物文献进行整理。结果:化药由研发到临床研究的材料十分完整。结论:未来研究方向仍应围绕控制血脂合成、转化、排泄的基因以及蛋白,开发激动剂和抑制剂。单一药物的研究转向多化药联用研究。Objective:By summarizing the literature about lipid-regulating drugs in recent ten years to explore the development direction of lipid-regulating drugs in the future.Method:Adopt document analysis method to organize the literature.Result:the materials from the research and development of chemical drugs to clinical studies are very complete.Conclusion:The future research direction of lipidregulating drugs should still focus on the genes and proteins controlling the synthesis,transformation and excretion of lipid,and develop related agonists and inhibitors.The research of single chemical synthesis drug turns to the research of combination of multiple chemical drugs.
