摘  要:饮食控制作为痛风治疗的基础治疗,具有方便、快捷、有效的特点。而水果作为饮食结构构成的主要组分,具有安全、易坚持、方便推广、口感好、便宜、毒副作用少及能量替代等优势。本文通过分析排列常见水果的含嘌呤量、含糖量、含能量、含钾量,并分析举隅。根据中药的四气对常见水果进行分类,以此为据辨证食用,为痛风和高尿酸血症患者科学合理的选择水果提供理论依据。在未来痛风治疗领域,具有广阔而不可替代的发展远景。As the basic treatment of gout,diet control is convenient,fast and effective.Fruit,as the main component of dietary structure,has the advantages of safety,easy adherence,easy promotion,good taste,low cost,less toxic and side effects and energy substitution.In this paper,the purine content,sugar content,energy content and potassium content of common fruits were analyzed,and some examples were given.Common fruits are classified according to the four nature of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific and rational selection of fruits for patients with gout and hyperuricemia.Gout treatment in the future has a broad and irreplaceable development prospects.
